Airlines, lodging, vacation packages, and visa advice are all included in the travel and tour booking services offered by A&D Travel Solutions. All services are contingent to confirmation and availability.

2. Reservations and Cost
According to the terms specified at the time of booking, all reservations made via our website must be confirmed by full or partial payment. Prices will be confirmed prior to final payment and are subject to change. Agreement to our terms is indicated by payment.

3. Refunds and Cancellations
The terms of cancellation differ based on the service provider (hotels, airlines, etc.). If applicable, refunds will be handled in accordance with those guidelines. For changes or cancellations, A&D Travel Solutions may impose a service charge.

4. Documentation for Travel
Clients are in charge of making sure their passports, visas, and any other necessary travel documents are up to date. Although A&D Travel Solutions provides visa advising services, it has no control over whether visas are granted or denied.

5. Accountability
We serve as a liaison between you and travel agencies. Any loss or damage brought on by third-party services, accidents, delays, or cancellations are not A&D Travel Solutions' responsibility.

At any time, we have the right to amend these terms. You agree to the new conditions if you keep using our services after they have changed.

7. Confidential
Your privacy policy will govern how we treat your personal data. We are dedicated to safeguarding your information in compliance with the GDPR laws in the UK.

8. The Constitution
Wales and England laws apply to these terms and conditions.
